Booking Update

Due to a shortage of staff on Tiree we have implemented some changes to how we operate the cottages. We are no longer providing linen and towels. We are providing protectors on mattresses, pillows and duvets. This also helps us keep close to our entry times as our cleaning times are reduced. .

All beds are 4ft 6″ doubles and 3ft singles.

We do also provide cleaning cloths, dishwashing towels, bathroom hand towels and bath mats.

We would also strongly recommend taking out travel insurance in case of further disruption and possible ferry cancellations. We cannot refund or accept cancellations on cottage bookings if this is solely due to ferry disruption.

Thank you for your understanding and I hope this doesn’t affect your enjoyment of your trip to Tiree.

    • A deposit will be required to secure your booking once it has been confirmed; £250 per week.

    • Balance is payable 3 months (12 weeks) prior to arrival.

    • Check in time is 3pm on day of arrival. Bags may be deposited at the house shortly after ferry arrival. We require this time to clean and inspect the property.

    • Check out time is 9.30am on morning of departure.

    • Extra cleaning can be arranged by prior arrangement and at extra cost.

    • Pets allowed with prior arrangement.

    • No smoking at any time.

    Peak Season   |    July and August
    High Season    |    Easter & October Half Term and last two weeks of May

    Prices include electricity but excludes bed linen and towels (available at extra cost on request).
    Weeks start on a Saturday normally, ideally on Sundays on Scarinish Cottage only.
