Terms & Conditions

  1. When making a booking you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit; £250 per week in the Peak/high season, £200 at all other times; to reserve the cottage. Provisional reservations (without payment) cannot be held, or guaranteed until a full deposit is received. Please note it is a condition of booking that you make the final payment 12 weeks prior to your arrival. We will be contacting you to arrange the payment of the outstanding balance and its due date. Reservations made within 12 weeks of the planned arrival date always require full payment at the time of booking. It is your responsibility and not the holiday home owner to make sure this payment is received. Failure to settle in full may result in us re-letting the accommodation without notice to the guest.
  2. A written confirmation via email will be sent in receipt of the deposit or full payment. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, customers are liable for the whole cost of the let.
  3. An accepted (non-returnable) deposit and completed booking form is a contract and in the event of cancellation, no monies are obliged to be refunded. The booking form is an essential part of your booking, most importantly confirming the nature and size of your group including any dogs.
  4. Cancellations must be received by us in writing, to be formally acknowledged by us at least 12 weeks prior to the arrival date to avoid being liable for the full balance of hire.
